For your convenience, we include the following estimates. However, upon inspection a more accurate fee will be established.

Prada's Cleaning appreciates our senior citizen community. We offer a 10% Senior Discount!

Apartment Cleaning

Included in this estimate are the kitchen, living room, and one small area.

Additional rooms costs (Bedroom, Dining room, Home Office, TV Room, Playroom, etc.) depends on the size and condition of the room(s) as well as how often they will be cleaned. (For regular sized rooms- Weekly: $25, Every other week: $35, Monthly: $45)

Additional bathrooms will also be charged at an extra fee depending on the size and condition of the bathroom(s).

Maintenance Cleanings: The fee is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned and how often.

Deep Cleaning

Hourly Rate (Minimum 2 hours)
$70.00 (Per Employee, Minimum 2 employees)

Deep Cleaning rates are different from standard pricing. Because each home and request is different, please consult with us for a correct rate on your residence.

We're Pet Friendly!

Prada's Cleaning LLC is a pet-friendly company, so please feel free to leave your people-friendly pets in the house during our visit. However,we ask that if you know your pet will experience anxiety during our cleaning (loud noises, new smells, etc.) please make the necessary arrangements to make sure thay are comfortable.

Aggresive animals must be kenneled in a separate room (which will not be cleaned), or outside the house during the cleaning. If we arrive at the property and are greeted by an aggressive animal, we reserve the rights to not clean your home until the necessary arrangements are made.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy was created to ensure that our employees are guaranteed steady employment. So far, this policy has worked well in making sure that they have a regular paycheck. We have concluded that this is a fair policy.

If you cancel your regularly scheduled service, a cancellation fee will be applied.

A day of missed cleaning creates additional work for our crew on their next visit.

This policy ensures lost wages for our employees. It is expected that after a cancellation, the regularly scheduled visits will return to the normal schedule. If this is not the plan, it will need to be re-negotiated.
